Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be communicated before the booking is finalized.
Appointment Requests
Submissions made through this website are appointment requests, not confirmed appointments. Your appointment is confirmed only after Alkate Cleaning Services contacts you and sends confirmation of availability, final pricing, and appointment details.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are starting estimates. Final pricing depends on the property size, current condition, amount of buildup, requested add-ons, travel distance, pets, and the estimated time required to complete the cleaning. The final price is confirmed before the appointment.
Access and Safety
Please make sure the property is accessible at the confirmed appointment time. If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply. Heavy debris removal, biohazard cleaning, and work requiring ladders beyond standard reach are not included unless approved in advance.
Payment
Payment is not collected when an appointment request is submitted. After your booking is reviewed and confirmed, available payment options — including a secure payment link for a deposit or full payment — will be provided by our team.
